Rest assured your data will never be shared without your prior permission.

We will always make it clear exactly what data we are asking for and why and how we will use it.  We’ll also ensure that you have the chance to clearly opt in to the communications you want to hear about in the future.

The information you provide will be added to our client management system, based securely in the cloud.  This will help us ensure we can keep your preferences up to date. Other information we may store could include contracts and proposals – again stored safely on our cloud.

You have the right to request to view any data we hold about you, as well as ask us to delete it.  All you need to do is email Emma-louise@novafundraising.co.uk.

We may send you marketing information -about our service only! If you have: requested us to at an event, provided a business card, emailed or used our contact form, or requested stuff form our ‘Free Stuff’ part of the website, or perhaps if you ‘Linked In’ with me.  Again you can stop any communications by emailing Emma-louise@novafundraising.co.uk

Rest assured sharing data externally is not something we do. If there is a situation where we think it may be of benefit to do so we’ll get in touch to ask your permission first.
